To help to reduce the potential spread of the coronavirus infection, the Practice reception area will be closed from Monday 16th March 2020 until further notice. Some other changes to the daily working of the Practice are listed below:
We are now operating a telephone triage system.
If you need to speak with the a member of the clinical team, please call 02890267120, the telephone lines open at 8:30am. Please be aware, the available slots allocated for that day may be filled and you may be asked to call again the next day with the exception of medical emergencies. A member of the reception team will take your details and pass these onto the clinical team.
Sick lines - ring 028 90267120 after the above times. DO NOT come to the Practice. Sick lines will be posted out to patients.
Patients are advised to use either of the two methods listed below.
Repeat prescription line - Dial 028 95908859. You can use this line to order your prescription 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You must allow 72 hours or three full working days before collection from your nominated pharmacy. If the Practice is closed you need to add this time to the collection time.
Internet - you can also order at https://malvernfamilypractice.co.uk You must allow 72 hours or three full working days before collection. If the Practice is closed you need to add this to the collection time.
Patients are advised to nominate a Pharmacy for their prescriptions to be sent to. You must inform the Pharmacist you have nominated them. You must allow 72 hours or three full working days before collection. If the Practice is closed you need to add this to the collection time.

Malvern family practice will close from 1pm every Wednesday from the 10th of January 2018. In the event of a medical emergency between 1pm and 6pm please call 07342128063. From 6pm onwards please call North and West urgent care on 02890744447.
The practice now have a new recorded prescription line. This line will operate 24/7. Please ring 02895908859 for this service. Please be aware, it takes 48 hours or 2 full working days to process a prescription. Do not ring the practice to check if your prescription is ready for collection as the staff will not be able to facilitate this request.
Please note that the telephone lines will now close from 5:30pm. In the event of a medical emergency between 5:30pm and 6:00pm please call 07564028789. Then North and West urgent care from 6:00pm onwards.
Please be aware, the telephone triage system is for MEDICAL EMERGENCIES ONLY. Calls for this service must be logged between 8:30am & 9:30am. Afternoon Triage is for emergencies that cannot wait until the next morning. There will be 15 slots only.
