To help to reduce the potential spread of the coronavirus infection, the Practice reception area will be closed from Monday 16th March 2020 until further notice.  Patients will still be able to contact the Practice by calling 02890267120. 

For the foreseeable future the Practice is advising patients to order repeat medications using the 24/7 recorded prescription line on 02895908859 or the Practice internet.  Patients are also being asked to nominate a Pharmacy to collect their prescriptions.

From the 3rd June 2019 the following change will take place at Malvern.

The practice will no longer have walk in clinics.  You will have to ring between 8:30am and 9:30am and the Doctor or the Practices Advanced Nurse Practitioner will ring you back.  Afternoon triage is for emergencies that cannot wait until the next morning, there will be 15 slots only   PLEASE BE AWARE, THIS SEVICE IS FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES ONLY.

Please note that the telephone lines will now close from 5:30pm. In the event of a medical emergency between 5:30pm and 6:00pm please call 07564028789. Then North and West urgent care from 6:00pm onwards.

Due to the ongoing situation with Coronavirus (COVID - 19)  Patients are being asked to nominate a Pharmacy that their prescriptions can be sent to.  The Practice have a 24/7 repeat prescription order number - 02895908859.  Do not ring the main number to order a prescription as this line is being used for emergencies/medical enquiries only.

Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long term medication can register to order repeat prescriptions online via the above link. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all prescription requests.  Please do not ring the practice to check if your prescription is ready as the staff will not be able to facilitate this request.

Patients who wish to have prescriptions collected by pharmacy staff are required to put the arrangement in place themselves. 

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
