From the 3rd June 2019 the following change will take place at Malvern.

The practice will no longer have walk in clinics.  You will have to ring between 8:30am and 9:30am or 2:00pm and 3:00pm and the doctor will ring you back.   PLEASE BE AWARE, THIS SEVICE IS FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES ONLY.

Please note that the telephone lines will now close from 5:30pm. In the event of a medical emergency between 5:30pm and 6:00pm please call 07564028789. Then North and West urgent care from 6:00pm onwards.

Will be arranged by your midwife after initial referral

Arranged by doctor, by appointment.

Well Woman Clinic

By appointment.

Asthma Clinic

By appointment.

Baby Clinic

This is held each Wednesday morning, please contact the surgery to arrange the first appointment only as all subsequent appointments will be arranged by the nurse. Doctor and nurse attend. Your doctor strongly believes in immunising your child fully.

Smoking

If you would like advice and help in giving up, please ask.

Diet

Ask the nurse for advice when having your health check.

Blood Pressure

All adults are advised to have their blood pressure checked at least every five years. If you have not had yours checked recently, please ask the nurse.
